Referral Lead Process

When you identify a potential prospect, simply submit your lead through the online referral site at www.twtelecom.com/referrals.

When your referral is submitted, it is then distributed to the city sales manager who assigns an account representative to contact the lead.  Once your referral lead results in a sale and meets the below criteria, you will receive your $100 American Express® Gift Card as a thank you.

Eligibility Criteria

1. Prospect must sign a minimum of 12-month commitment.
2. Valid for new, business end-user customers only.
